Biografía

Territory es una banda de Montevideo, formada en el año 2008 por Marth, Abel y Xerpa.

En el 2009 grabaron el EP titulado "Fire Inside" que consta de 4 temas: "Fire inside", "Dark Night", "Tomb" y "Crazy Abel", y fue grabado en estudios MHS y mezclado en La Nave de Oseberg (Buenos Aires), bajo el sello griego Sleaszy Rider Records y el sueco Record Union.

Se caracteriza por su estilo innovador con corte progresista, siendo la banda revelación en Uruguay y habiendo participado en más de una veintena de recitales desde su formación, en ocasiones junto a bandas argentinas como Renacer, Ian, Betrayer y Razones Concientes, entre otras.

En 2011, lanzaron su primer disco que contiene diez canciones, titulado "Killer Instinct" y nuevamente con Sleaszy Rider Records. El mismo cuenta con un sonido moderno y ha tenido una gran aceptación en Europa.

Actualmente, la banda se encuentra en proceso de creación de su segundo álbum que será lanzado en 2012, año en el que hará una gira por Europa y América del Sur.

Biography

Territory is a metal band formed in 2008, in Montevideo, created by Marth, Abel and, Xerpa, renowned musicians from the local scene and from the beginning they tried to have their own style and sound, different from the bands of their country.

The founders of the band worked hard to be something innovative and different.

The band has already made several tours and in addition shows a considerable amount of international character.

In 2009 they released their first EP "Fire Inside", that got great reviews and feedback.

In 2011 they released with Sleaszy Rider Records , their first Studio Album called "Killer Instinct", containing ten tracks. This album has a modern sound and has had great acceptation in Europe.

Currently, the band is in a creation moment and in 2012 it will release their second studio album and a extensive tour in South America & Europe.
